Above is the sleep stats my fitbit versa gives me. Please help to fix it to normal. My fitbit was on tight enough and I did get a normal heart rate reading.

@ChanMyb can you please take a screenshot of your HR recording visible in the Fitbit mobile app? I would like to take a look at the HR from the night the sleep stages weren't recorded. Also, has it happened before? What's your phone model, versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?

This is the screenshot for yesterday. I looks like it did not monitor my
heart rate in the evening.......
