Sleep tracker not working

Sleep tracker and health metrics have not worked for over 2 weeks. No help from support. I've been promised contact via email but it never comes. Can anyone help? I've tried everything.

Hi @CarolineWill78  - as a first step have you tried restarting the phone and watch?
