Can anyone explain HOW your sleep score is determined?  I have numbers all over the spectrum.  I have numbers from 65 to 90. I  have scores that are way lower than other nights with less sleep and less awake time.  And higher scores with less sleep and less awake time. There seems to be no consistant scoring and appears to just be randomly assigned.

@Suz1961   The Sleep Score has three items that are measured that go in to your Sleep Score.  You get these three items in detail if you subscribe to the Premium service:

  • 50% of the score comes from Time Asleep.
  • 25% of the score comes from an analysis fo how much time you spend in deep sleep and REM sleep.
  • 25% of the score comes from something Fitbit call Restoration.  It looks at your sleeping heart rate and compares it to your awake resting heart rate.  It also factors in how restless you slept.

Sometimes it seems like the score is an entirely random number.  I understand how you feel.

The only thing i dont get is the sleeping heart rate and restlessness.  Funny because my bf on his regular versa gets restlessness and the sleep oxygen.  Hell I didnt get that with my regular version!  Lol
