Sleep tracking is broken

Sleep tracking seems to be broken on the new app. The sleep reading on the main page doesn't match up with the sleep reading on the details page. 

For example, today the main page says I got 4hrs and 18 minutes while the details page says I got 2 hrs and 45 minutes.

Here's the really confusing part. Both pages give me a sleep score of 68.

I've been monitoring it for about a week and it seems like it gets hung up on periods of waking activity (getting up to pee).

I've been using my versa for sleep tracking for months. This is a new problem. 

(Everything is updated to latest versions) 

 

Usually this disparity resolves itself within a few hours (I presume server-side) but it's a real pain for anyone keeping a sleep diary.

While the disparity exists, the reading on the watch itself is  - - h - - m

Mine's broken too. It doesn't show me my sleep data for the night when I sync when I wake up as it used to. When it does it's separate chunks of sleep - 2 hours, 1.5 hours etc. with sometimes 2 or 3 hours in between. I know I can be restless, but not that restless! I need the sleep tracking to be reliable.

And yes, I have cleaned the sensor, and my arm and I've tried wearing it at different tightnesses (is that a word??) and on different places on my arm.

When asked I refused the new layout and didn't update the app. Then one morning, my phone was showing the new layout and offered no way for me to back out. How did that happen??

Since then the sleep tracking has been unreliable

Still no sign of a fix, and it's getting worse. It's gone from badly recording sleep to not recording sleep at all. 

 

I'm beginning to wonder if this is some sort of machiavellian marketing plan. Make the versa so non-functional that we dumbly go out and upgrade to the versa 2.

This is my log for the 2 weeks. My sleep tracking has been incorrect or missing for the last 10 days. I now wake up expecting that it won't work. So so frustrating!
