Sleep tracking versa 2

 I wear mine to bed and while I get more info now with the update it’s clearly still struggling any suggestions?

@jbrummett101 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your sleep data. Could you share more information about the issue you are having? Is it that you aren't getting sleep stages? I noticed that these are really short sleep periods so this is why I ask (you need to sleep at least 3 hours to get them.

I’m sleeping through the night and it is not tracking my sleep at all it might track one or two hours but that is it

@jbrummett101 thank you for the details. 

 

Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
