Today at 6.18pm I went for 30 minute walk wearing Versa and also recording on iPhone 6 app. Then I cooked tea. While eating I looked at the app to see how similar the iPhone and versatility logs were (not identical but close) and noticed that the app had synced with Versa and logged me sleeping from 6.07 to 7.31pm. I had climbed 23 floors during that period. This is my fourth Fitbit, the most expensive and least accurate so far. It also recorded my lunchtime walk as climbing 30 floors but it was actually flat. Not impressed yet

Hi, try restarting your Versa multiple times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Hope this helps.
