Smart wake not an option

I have a versa lite and have made sure it is up-to-date. The smart wake option is the reason I got this watch and it is not showing on my watch.

May I ask what is not showing @brianna.spitler have you read page 17 of your user manual. Look in the help link found below. 

Are you saying that the Screen Wake button is missing?

Yes, it is not showing. I have tried restarting, making sure my phone/app/watch are up to date. I even chatted with Fitbit support and they weren’t even sure how to fix it.

I see, your asking about the smart wake with the alarm. Not with the raising of the wrist?

im also having this problem. i had a versa that had the smart wake option but replaced it with a new one under warranty when it broke. the new one doesnt have smart wake option for alarms and i cant find how to turn it on via the device itself or the app (ive got android). also went online on the dashboard and there was no silent alarm option. where else can i try?
