Snapchat notifications not showing

Hi. I need help figuring out my fitbit versa. My snapchat notifications arent showing up on my watch but my other notifications are. What can I do to get them to show up?

Yes, the box for the snapchat notifications is checked.

I'm having the same issues with snapchat.  I have watched numerous YouTube videos, I've rebooted, I've checked settings on phone, in fitbit app, and snapchat app.  It worked fine for a couple months then just quit

I've tried lots of different things as well.

Have you tried a restart of the phone? 

Is it only Snapchat that fails with notificatons? 

Do all of you have the same phone operating system?

Yes, I have restarted my phone. 

It's only snapchat single notifications(notifications for groupchats on snapchat show up) that don't show up. The other apps that I have checked under app notifications show up on my watch.

snap notifications are broken on original versa and versa 2, and they are broken for iphone and android devices.  

The help article does not help.  Snap notifications all of a sudden, out of nowhere stopped working approximately 2 weeks ago.

Or permanent?

I use an android note 9.  I was able to uninstall and reinstall the app and snapchat worked for the rest of the day and then the following day it quit working again.  I am still able to receive text and phone alerts.
