So, I’ve had my Fitbit versa 2 for 2.5 years and this is the only time I’ve had problems with it. Just today it has started restarting over and over again on a loop, one after another. I tried shutting it down and turning it back on again. Didn’t work. I’ve tried about everything and it didn’t work, so I resorted to factory resetting it. After factory resetting it and re-syncing it with my phone and the Fitbit app, it continued to do the same thing.
I’m at a loss for what to do because you’d think a factory reset would fix this problem. Is there anything I can do or should I just buy a new watch since it’s no longer under warranty?
Please help!

Hi @AudreyChurch33 - seems like you did the troubleshooting, look in the forums as other people have this problem and it may be a watch fault or a software one.

I’ve been having the same issue for a few weeks now. I’ve tried everything. Deleting the device and starting again works for a day or two then it’s back to the same thing and usually right in the middle of a work out so I miss out on all that data. Soo annoying
