I have an issue. i am going to contact support in the morning but thought to try here.
The red light on the back of my VERSA is solid RED. It has been this way for a few days and even when flashing green or amber the solid RED state continues. My watch is also not reading my HR accurately and it is stuck at 121 BPM. I have read through the posts that say this is the spO2 monitor and that it should go on and off at times, but it is STUCK ON. I
The Firmware version is the most up to date and I have tried doing multiple shut offs, restarts, turning off the HR monitor and doing restarts, hard restarts, factory resets and the RED light persists through it all.
This is my third VERSA under warranty as the first two both had the screens go out on them. I really don't want to go through the warranty process again but am out of options. Any suggestions are appreciated

@Kimtony818 Since you have already done restarts and factory resets, you should contact customer support for a replacement.
