I have my AirPods connected to my Versa, I have music on Deezer but it won’t play. Any idea why?

When you say that it won't play, do you get any errors? 

Is your Deezer music on your Versa? 

Does the Deezer app show that music is playing and you can't here it? 

Have you tried connecting your Versa to another Bluetooth speaker or device? Maybe the Car radio?

Hi, 

My music is on my Deezer app on my Versa. There are no error messages, it says my earphones are connected but when I try to play a song nothing happens. Thanks for your response.
