Hi Silvia,
Well, I guess when we buy a smartwatch with spo2 sensor, it is because we WANT the spo2 to be displayed! So how can the spo2 face be “available for all users” WHEN “it can only be downloaded in certain regions”? So are those “certain regions” paying more for the watch? For the app? For the subscription? Or what???
The same issue with FITBIT SENSE, which is MORE EXPENSIVE than the Versa 3, BECAUSE it HAS additional oxygen sensor. So when we pay MORE, it is because we WANT more! And unfortunately, too many are complaining from Fitbit services. I wish I knew that before getting my Versa 2, and before gifting Fitbit Sense to my brother, that IS by the way, giving BASIC sleep graph thank you. And we tried to find a fix to this without success.
Thanks for your interest.
Regards,
Unfortunate Fitbit U

@Dima_asn A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I've moved your post to the Versa board, in order to better assist you.
I appreciate the troubleshooting and research done prior to posting. Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered.
Since you mentioned your brother has a Fitbit Sense, please recommend him to try the following troubleshooting however, if he continues experiencing the same, it's better that he posts his question on the Fitbit Sense board, so he can receive further assistance.
If you have trouble adding the SpO2 signature clock face to your Fitbit Versa 2, make sure it's updated and that your Fitbit app is up-to-date too. Can you let me know if you're able to find this clock face on your Fitbit app? Where are you located?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
