I had this issue with my versa 2. I swapped it for a versa 3 and I'm still having this issue. It's quite frustrating since this isn't a cheap watch. I expect to have all of the features listed online. I've tried resetting it, and all permissions where given. Hopefully I can find help on here 🙂
Just started working randomly. Topic can be closed.

Hi there, @Asanyth. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. I'm glad to hear it's working now, though. 🙂
For future references, I'd like you to keep the following in mind to make sure your Fitbit device successfully measures your SpO2 values:
Turning off any clock face permissions can cause the clock face to stop functioning. To check these settings:
Your Fitbit device must be able to consistently track your SpO2 data:
Wear your device slightly higher on your wrist.
Make sure your device is in contact with your skin.
Your device should be snug but not constricting.
Tattooed skin can impact the accuracy of the red and infrared sensors on your Fitbit device.
For more information about SpO2, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
Have a nice day.

I have a Versa 3, and have tried several Sp02 clock faces. None of them consistently work they way they are supposed to. They sort of worked when I bought the watch a few weeks ago - but now the Sp02 is only works about half the days - and as each day goes by, all it shows is a "no data" symbol (-) more often than not. Same thing with resting heart rate. One of the reasons I bought it was to replace my old Blaze (which gave up the ghost) was for the extra measurements the Versa 3 takes. I have the premium account. Please advise - as the instructions to which I am replying to do not work. Thanks, Steve

I am having exactly the same issues. It’s so annoying when the watch costs so much AND the extra monthly cost of the premium.

Hello Jay,
I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my premium account. All I can say is that I will not buy a Fit Bit again because of the inconsistent functionality - seems that with increasing frequency I am missing something (e.g., HRV, Sp02, BR, etc.). Also, my first Versa 3 crapped out within the warranty period and I had to send it in for replacement - at my expense for the postage (which was not cheap from Canada).
Steve

Good afternoon,
I have a Verse 3 and have done the steps stated above. My SPo2 reader has not tracked my SPo2 since 12/23/2022. Is there anything else I can do?
