Spiked heart rate while sleeping with 170 HR and also while not wearing it

Today I got a reading of 170 while sleeping as well as this morning before I even put on my Fitbit. Back up in the 170s. which was in my shirt pocket driving to work.. is this a glitch? Is anyone else notice this? I have a versa 2..and have had it since Dec 2019 with not really any issues.

I am a female just turned 75. I am very active but do not run, etc., my versa 2 shows hundreds of heart minutes almost every day. I also have shown a few heart spikes while sleeping.  Is there a way to perhaps adjust what should be normal for me instead of normal for other 75 year olds?

It’s not so much your age or activity, but that there are problems with the last firmware that Fitbit are not addressing, and ignoring people who bring it up
