My versa2 watch face shows all health metrics. But my Fitbit app refuses to show Spo2 level. It just says I should download the clock face, which I have had on my watch for months . Please help

I have the same problem I've been on live chat to no avail my watch shows my spo2 levels yet health metrics says download clock face I've been using this for 5 months now and after update it does not work I also would be grateful for any help
