Sporadic WhatsApp notifications

I have had my fitbit versa for two days now and I am superenthusiastic about it. To bad the versa can’t find my WiFi at home and so it has to update via bluetooth. Also my whatsapp notifications do not come through. I’ve been searching for the solution for two days now. I’ve toggled everything ON/off. Even the notifications from my iphone. Everything is ON. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbitapp.

I’m not sure what to do now. In these 2 days i’received 3 random whatsappnotifications and I don’t understand why.

Maybe it has something to do with my Phone?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
