I have a One and a Blaze so know my way around Fitbit. Just installed my Versa successfully but unable to install Spotify app on my Versa either from my brand new I-pad or my Huawei P Smart, both of which have the Fitbit app up to date, as obviously does my new Versa.
I am in Liverpool U.K. and use Spotify daily without problem so it is not Spotify but the problem is with Fitbit and I need it resolved please (easily). I should not have an involved explanation, surely there us a patch available for my problem.
I am highly unimpressed that I am not able to install the Spotify app on the Versa. Why? I have read other threads which don’t resolve my problem. I feel as if I am being forced to use Deezer, which is pre-installed on Versa, when my subscription is with Spotify and I am not changing.

Mine is doing this too. Very annoying. I've just brought mine today.

Sorted at last but needed to go onto PC to discover that there was a Firmware update that was required. Once downloaded I was able to download and use the Spotify app. I’m nit unintelligent but surely this could have been downloaded when Versa was set up, or linked in to the update when setting up. Not impressed by this, but very happy to have solved the problem. Thanks to suggestions made.

Luckily went on the fitbit app and it said software download and it worked. So glad. Took 5 days though. Glad it's sorted for you. X
