Versa 2 no longer connects to Spotify. All help topics give answers no longer supported with updated interface. Very frustrating.

Hi @anthonyleb - there is an alternative. The watch comes with its own built-in Music Controls which will work well with Spotify or any music playing on the phone.
It works better in some ways as you can use it without stopping a clock face or app, and can change volume, but you need to set it up, so perhaps give it a try .

Hey there @anthonyleb, It is nice to see you back in the Community.
I'm sorry you are having this issue with the Spotify app, let's work together to solve this issue!
First of all, you will need to check if the Spotify app is up to date and has all the permission allowed, please follow the instructions described here to do so!

@anthonyleb Thanks a lot for your reply!
In that case, could you please try uninstalling and installing the app back again?
You need to make sure that both the Fitbit and Spotify app are open and running in the background!
