Versa 2 no longer connects to Spotify. All help topics give answers no longer supported with updated interface. Very frustrating.

Hi @anthonyleb - there is an alternative. The watch comes with its own built-in Music Controls which will work well with Spotify or any music playing on the phone.

It works better in some ways as you can use it without stopping a clock face or app, and can change volume, but you need to set it up, so perhaps give it a try .

@anthonyleb Thanks a lot for your reply!

In that case, could you please try uninstalling and installing the app back again?

You need to make sure that both the Fitbit and Spotify app are open and running in the background!

No. I will most definitely NOT spend an hour to uninstall and reinstall
your app, and reconfigure all my settings. Totally not worth the
frustration. But you can tell your developers they screwed something up in
the upgrade or the transition to a Google account. If they ever decide to
fix it, let us know.

Actually, that’s sufficient. Thanks. Don’t need further connectivity.
