Hello,
I initially acquired my Versa 2 Standard Edition on July the 12th '22.
I have used it mainly for everyday routines/life. I take it off when showering. However, I've used it a couple of times this summer when swimming at the beach (up to an hour or so).
My FitBit home button has been stuck for a week now. It is not working. Rice 'absorption' and toothpick cleaning haven't helped. Also, trying to clear debris using canned air hasn't worked out well.
This is a relatively new product. Since it is under warranty, which options do I have left?
Thank you,
OGR.

You might also try rubbing alcohol, which is also recommended for cleaning. If the button is still stuck, as it is under warranty and you have tried recommended cleaning procedures I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com .

Thanks for your reply, Julia. Unfortunately, the trick hasn't worked for me but I have contacted Customer Support to receive a replacement.
