I have tried refreshing and factory restarted my versa to fix a ‘static screen probes’ which has been occurring for about a week and a half now, and am still stuck with a static and unresponsive and unusable device. I have only had this for 1 year. I am quite upset and would like to know how this can resolved? or possibly how to discuss replacement through warranty etc?

I have had issues with my versa 2 since the weekend just a blank screen they are replacing it as i’m in the warranty
contact customer support via online chat or twitter fingers crossed they replace if for you if needed. Seems like a lot people have a lot of problems with the versa/versa2. Mine is around 7 months old had a few small issues with it in the past but now it’s just a expensive ornament until the replacement arrives

Thank you for your reply, I have contacted support. Hopefully it can be replaced, as I am really careful with mine and haven’t had any issues otherwise. Thank you!!

If your are in the warranty they should replace no problem.
i have been so careful with mine also never dropped , never been in water even though they can etc. I think the issue is 100% there end.
If you are out of warranty they seem to offer money off a new one but hopefully they will be back to you soon.
