Stats on swipe from clock face not loading on Versa2

My Versa is updated and my Today stats are on my Fitbit app but on my versa device the swipe from clock face is not working. Immediately goes back to clock face. Any ideas?

Hi @Willsmom23 - the Today app on the watch is corrupted and a factory reset is necessary to resolve it.

However it is probably best to live with it and use a more useful clock face (or just the app) as there are risks doing a factory reset, not to mention that if you have the new V4 Fitbit App you may no longer be able to get it set up again so you will no longer be able to use the watch at all.
