Step Count in my Versa 2 got reduced automatically

I recently upgraded by Charge 2 tracker with Fit Bit Versa 2.

Yesterday my step count while syncing in night was 51K+ and it synced too. Later after sometime when I checked my Versa2, the step count had reduced to around 49K steps.

Kindly help. This has happened once earlier also...

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue doesn't happen again.

Thanks for the response.

It is not a regular issue, but an intermittent one. I used to face this
even with my charge 2 a few times.

Otherwise the tracker is working fine.
