Purchased a new Versa 2 , as I was fed up with my Charge watch - it kept changing/reducing my step streak. After not missing my monthly step goals, it would revert back to a single digit. I reported this issue numerous times.
Now - same issue with Versa. Was on a several months streak, as not missed a day since purchase. Today upon waking, Versa shows only an 8 day day streak.
Why does this keep happening and why doesn’t support get it fixed? It seems no one cares and that I’ve wasted my money again! I
