My versa step & stair count increase while i am sat driving my bus. Giving ke a false effort reading for that day?
this does not occour whilst driving my car? I am wondering if it because the steering wheel is at more flat angle in the bus and the versa doesn’t reconise this as driving?

I get stairs counted driving my car. I think it is more likely due to more elevation changes on your bus routes than on your car routes. Do you think that is possible?

Hi
yes i think that is the most plausible answer. Still frustrating as it gives false stats for the week?

Yes I agree it is frustrating. I have given up even checking the floors counted as I live in a very windy place with changable weather and also lots of hills. So for me, where I live, the floor count is so innacurate just through walking in the wind and driving up and down hills that it is not worth taking any notice of. But somewhere with a bit milder climate it might work well, and I know a lot of people love their floor count.
The step count is easy to git rid of while driving (and it may even get rid of the floors too) by manually logging a driving activity in the app overnthe time you were driving your bus. It is a bit of a bother but if younare getting large numbers it might be worth it for you. There is also an app you can use called Drivebit, though I know nothing about it.
DRIVING ACTIVITY
To log a driving activity go to your app, tap the exercise tile (running man), then the stopwatch icon in the top right corner. On the screen that comes up start to type in Driving and when the list drops down SELECT DRIVING from the list (very importand not to type in the whole word). Fill in the details and Log it.
