When step count goes over 9,999 steps the tile displays the step count on 2 lines. I'm using a Pixel 3 phone with my Versa for display of tiles.

Thanks for letting me know that the steps count isn't displayed correctly, let me help you with this matter. First of all, may I know if this is happening on your Versa's clock face? If that's correct, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one from Fitbit and perform a restart to correct any misbehavior.
If you continue having this issue, please take a picture of the step count on 2 lines and attach it in your reply. This will help me to further investigate.

Thanks for your efforts while trying to attach the screenshot. Since you mentioned that this happens on your Pixel 3 phone, have you noticed the same issue with other apps? I'm asking this as some details may be shown different depending of the theme or font settings set in your phone. Please verify those settings and let me know if you continue having issues just with the Fitbit app.
