I purchased a Versa 2 in April 2018; great product and I had really enjoyed it. I bought a new one for me and one for my daughter in law. My old one stopped receiving g notifications, oh well. I gave my old one to my teenage daughter. Reset device. The device will no longer pair within anything. We have contacted Fitbit and was told it’s due to the newest iOS software. The device is completely unusable. It will not pair with anything. I have since returned mine and purchased an Apple Watch- love it. My daughters would like to compete with each other but we have one that is useless ( no help from Fitbit) one that doesn’t receive notifications.... I will no longer purchase Fitbit due to poor service. Not that one person matters to them.
But, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the old one pairing, or is it done? Less than 2 year old product!

@Charman509 It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for your feedback regarding our Support team, we're always striving to improve our service. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried.
I appreciate that you mentioned you contacted our Support team. It seems that you have a Versa or Versa Lite, because Versa 2 was released on September 15th of 2019. I would like you to confirm you have tried the tips mentioned in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, please confirm your daughter has a phone that's listed here. Could you let me know if your daughter is receiving any error message while pairing it? Which phone she has?
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
