Wow  41000 steps! All while driving a truck !!  Think I’m going to return it and get my refund. Sooo disappointed

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Towtannic. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with your new Fitbit Versa counting steps while driving. This usually happens while driving in a car with a very stiff transmission or on bumpy roads. If you want to remove the steps from your daily total, you can manually log the driving activity for the time you were in a vehicle. For more information see How do I edit or delete Fitbit data and activities?

I really appreciate your feedback and time you took to let us know your frustration since this helps us to keep improving.

If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
