Step goal complete notification for Versa 2

I have noticed that my fitbit app no longer notifies me when I reach my step goal. It will show a goal streak in the workweek hustle though.

I do have my main goal set for my steps and my apps are up to date.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to correct this? Thanks!

Hi @Lesa61 

My first troubleshooting step is always to do a restart. That seems to clear up 99% of the issues. Hold down the button until the screen goes dark and wait unit you see the Fitbit logo. Also I have noticed that I find it harder to feel the vibrate for my step goal achieved notification than for other notification, not sure why, but you might just be missing the notification all together.

Thanks so much! I have restarted my Versa 2, so hopefully it will show me my completed step goal.
