Hi,

 

Ever since I changed from my Blaze to Versa, I notice the step milestone isn’t documenting under notification section, even tho the Versa does show the fireworks when I hit my 10k steps. I tried to turn off notifications and then turn on. Not a huge issue but annoying.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Is your Versa registering your information? Some screenshots would be great.

Thanks so much for your reply.

Up til June of this year I had the FitBit Blaze and had no issues. Then I bought the Versa and am totally in love with it. Everything syncs but noted on the ‘notification’ tab it’s not showing my progress for the milestones like before. Not that it’s a huge issue but was trying to figure out if I did something wrong.
Here is a screenshot of the last time it logged — and I have hit my milestone
