I have a Fitbit versa bought about 14 months ago...
So today I went cycling and when I arrived home my watch was reading a little over 6800 steps... about 30 minutes later I checked the time and my watch was reading less than 3000?!?! Anyone have this happen before?
I have lost steps for past 2 days and my Versa has started showing the Today Icon about every other 5 minutes. They say the lost steps is a problem in software but if that is true why is not everyone having the issue?
losing steps.. will read accurate #'s and then drop to 35 steps for an entire day. I reset it to factory settings, and still drops steps. Any suggestions would be helpful.
