My Versa 2 is not recording steps. Neither is the app.

Nothing was recording on my. This was my replacement for another that failed. Had this 6 months and now just told by customer service I’m out of warranty.  I now have 4 of these—2 Ionics and 2 Versas.  ALL broken garbage. SHAME ON YOU FITBIT!
