Hello -
First post to the community - I hope someone will be able to assist.
It has been two weeks now and steps are not syncing correctly to my weekly challenges. They are updating on the main step counter, but not in the challenges. I have attempted to troubleshoot this issue on the community forums, but am not coming across answers that solve the issue.
A couple notes:
- I am in the same time zone as my fellow participants
- I am not using Mobile Run, Mobile Tracking or any third party trackers
- Battery level is full after a complete charge
- I have tried restarting the FitBit, restarting the app, reinstalling the app - no luck
- I am not manually logging the steps
- I am not using Live Data
Getting the steps is great and I'm still getting the workouts in, but it would be a nice bonus to have the steps added to the workweek hustle challenges.
Any help would be appreciated - thank you!
