I've been doing the same weekend challenge with the same person for months. Starting this past weekend my dashboard steps are not all being counting on the challenge. This past weekend it was incorrect by over 10,000 steps. Chat blamed it on the time-zone difference, but I've been challenging with the same person for months and this just started. Any ideas?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know you've already contacted our Support Team and for reporting that your Challenge leaderboard steps don't match your dashboard steps.
We've received similar reports, and have escalated the issue to our engineering team. While we don't have a timeline for resolution, we will continue to investigate these discrepancies.

My versa is not syncing to the challenge, I tried uninstalling the app, turned off my phone, quit the challenge and got re-invited, shut off my Fitbit, sent a message in the challenge chat, NOTHING HAS WORKED!!
