Versa says I got the hour. Even went over steps and did manual sync before hour was up. Fitbit app won’t acknowledge it if it happens in the last 10 min. What the heck? Is Versa not communicating in time? Stupid that it doesn’t auto sync since I have turned on that feature. I have to open the app to get it to sync.

For the past few days my steps per hour haven't been syncing. Everything else is syncing, steps, stairs, exercise etc. I've tried resetting my fitbit versa but no change. Advice would be gratefully appreciated.
Best AnswerMy Versa did this today. Versa says 9 of 9 hours, app is showing 5 of 9 hours. Restarted the versa multiple times. Also has my calories messed up. Grrrrrr.

Still missing hours for me, yesterday Versa shows 14, IOS app showed 13.
I've powered the phone down, powered the versa down and restarted both, still won't sync all the hours.
If I close the app it warns it won't do continuous sync. But even with it is running all day when I click on the app the hours are not current. I have to swipe down and force a sync to get any hours to show.
Not "best in class" performance.

Best AnswerIt's been 2 months since anything has been said about fixing this, much longer after the first post. What's the deal? I like to keep track if everything and itdi be nice if the app matched what we see on our watches. Too many people are having the issue for it to not already be fixed. When will this happen?
Early last week my Versa lost its connection to my iPhone 7 Plus. Not sure how or why but I had to go through the setup process with the code and all. I also stopped carrying the old Fitbit One (as a backup). I have not had any issues with hours not syncing accurately since. (It starts being an issue again I'm going to blame on you and my responding to this post. Just kidding.) I really did not want to have to re-join the Versa to the iPhone, but if that's all it takes to fix it..great.
Best AnswerThanks for the option. That was the one thing I forgot to try but I just did twice, last night and just now, still didn't work. There was no problem with it when I had my charge 2. Just started with the versa.
Best AnswerI've been having the same issue for a while. The total steps update but not the steps per hour. It will only show that I've done 250+ if I go over by a significant number, at least 50+ more steps than the goal. Then if I sync, it shows I did the 250+. Any less than that it will show completed on my Charge 3 but not in the app.
Best AnswerI agree with you; It's time this problem should be fixed. My watch is showing eleven hours and the app is showing eight. This has been happening now for some time. I find the active minutes is not working either. Regardless of how many minutes you have, after awhile the watch shows zero. Confusing and frustrating. I like Fitbit, but this is too much now. I am really thinking about trying brand tracker.
Best AnswerInterestingly, today it would not complete in the app no matter what. I rebooted my phone and when I opened the app, the missing hours completed.
Best AnswerMy steps stopped syncing on Wednesday even though my watch has 9/9 completed. Also stopped recording my sleep over the last two days - on watch.
Best AnswerHere is a screen score of my dashboard everything but steps per hour have synced
Best AnswerMy Fitbit verse just started to have this issue today! No matter what I do the steps won’t sync to the app. Not sure why the topic is listed as solved as it seems like Fitbit has just completely ignored the problem.
Best AnswerIt seems to mess up a different way every time which is the most frustrating part. Today I have to close the program and then restart it in order for the steps to complete. I'll seriously be looking into an iwatch in September...
