@wsdyment Yes. 3rd party clockfaces have to be updated by their respective developers. In the meantime, you can look for one that has been updated and is compatible, or alternatively, switch to Fitbit original for a while.

Hey @wsdyment, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Just like @Marrrmaduke, it seems to be some issues with some third party clock faces, which only their developers can fix. In the meantime, I can't guarantee that it'll work but you can try to restart your Versa by following these instructions. If that doesn't work, change the clock while this gets repaired.

Let me know how it goes!

I was having the same issue with my Versa. I have the TH3 clock face installed and really liked it.  For some time now it was showing undefined instead of steps.  TH3 had been running properly for a long time before this occurred.  I installed another clock face.  But then re-installed the TH3.  This appears to have fixed things.  It has been running now for several days and continues to show the steps.

I suspect a fitbit update caused the fowl-up and just a re-installed put all the hooks back in place between the Fitbit software and the clock face app.

How do you update the clock faces in the app?

Hello,
you have to go in and choose clockface in the app on your watch and from therechoose what clockface you want.

This is absurd - especially given my specific case where I HAD to delete my Versa from my phone to give it to a friend (since the Versa Lite I bought for him is rubbish). So the steps worked FINE for me, but DON’T for him with the VERY SAME clock face. How old are the laborers creating the software for Fitbit?

I may only need to change the clock face, on the Versa Fitbit where the steps should be it says undefined and steps for the hour is says naN. The app shows up okay with the steps, also after I do the scrolling it shows up in that but not on the clock face.

Has this been resolved as I'm having same issues when I've been using this same person's clock faces since last year
