Steps tile not updating

My Fitbit Versa shows it is syncing with the app on my phone. But my steps haven't changed since 10 this morning. I'm not sure why my steps won't change if my phone is syncing with the app

Hi @Lmcconnell. Welcome on board.

 

Thanks for sharing that your steps aren't updating, even though your Versa is syncing. Just to confirm, did you notice a similar behavior with the rest of your stats (distance, calories, floors, etc)? Is your watch updated to the latest version?

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone:
    For Android devices, see this article.
    For iOS devices, see this article.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Turn the Bluetooth back on and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Sync one more time and check if your data updates.
