Still not showing sleep data

I received my Versa 2 for Christmas (3 days ago), but for some reason it is having trouble showing my sleep data.  I think it is tracking my sleep, I can see my heart rate for the whole night, but it won't show up on the sleep display or give me a score.  This happened yesterday, and after turning my apps (iphone and ipad) off and on a few times, the data eventually came in.  Today it has not yet.  I have read every post I can find.  Reset my watch, deleted my apps and re-installed them, etc.  Nothing seems to be working.

I'm sorry to hear that your sleep data is not showing on your Fitbit account. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you followed before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done it already, please follow our instructions to resolve issues with sleep data on this article.

 

If this doesn't work, please provide us with the following information:

 

- Is your other information getting synchronized? (steps, floors, etc.).

- Are you unable to see your regular sleep pattern (time spent awake, restless, and asleep) or your sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM) or both?

Thanks for your response here is what you need bought the watch September
everything worked fine firmware update Sunday December 18th I believe
everything works fine except now sleep does not show sleep score the new
way only basic same kind of sleep scores as before I have tried all your
tricks nothing works work fine before that day I've done everything deleted
apps deleted the watch unpaired unsynced put it all back in something
happened on that update if you read you'll know that firmware update caused
problems and we're all just here now with watches that don't work the way
we wanted but they did but now they don't. And actually all those tips you
give my Fitbit watch wasn't even tight on my arm I can sleep anywhere this
way and it worked every night perfectly so those tips and tricks are a
farce because you didn't need to do that before the update either.
I have until the end of the month and I'm sending my watch my Versa to back
to Amazon and get my money back.
