I have been waiting for over a week now for the correct team to get back to me about how to unlock my fitbit.  Every time I query, I get told to keep an eye on my inbox..has anyone else had this issue?!

Hi @Feer87 - try posting on here your exact problem, or look for others who have had it and got it resolved - then you don't have to wait.

You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Hi, thank you! Yes, I  have chatted via the customer support app and on the phone, and I keep just getting told to watch my inbox for an email....it's been 10 days now. 

 

Basically, I bought a fit bit versa 3 brand new off a friend who had never used it, but when i try to set it up, it says fitbit locked contact customer support....
