Did you mean:

Stop counting my steps

My versa stopped counting my steps 4 days ago. I have done a reset and I've turned it off and on several times and nothing. What can I do?

Do you mean your step count is staying at zero?  Any Mileage?  Other stats, calorie burn, heart rate, zone minutes, seem reasonable?

Steps at zero on mine, only showing calorie burn. No heart rate either

I forget which models allow this, but check Settings to see if heart rate is turned off.  If calorie burn is constant all day, and the same every day, calories is probably your BMR (basal metabolic rate) which you would get even if not wearing it.
