Since the new update (and new look dashboard - prefer the old one!) it won’t give me my sleep analysis. Says it’s synced but won’t analyse. Really annoying! Didn’t have any issues at all before this update.

It says I went to sleep at 2:23, but I went to sleep an hour earlier. I adjusted it, but I have had to do this a number of times, even since the last update.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Emma_Moran. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you stopped receiving the sleep analysis since the new app update. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. Thank you for your feedback regarding the new Fitbit app experience, our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. Please let me know if your sleep isn't detected at all or you receive the older version of sleep, and not the sleep stages. I will be glad to investigate.
There are several factors that can affect the sleep tracking. I recommend checking this article with helpful information about tracking sleep: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Looking forward to your response.

I’ve been having a similar problem! Mine has not tracked my sleep for two days.

Hi. It’s back up and running but I got no data at all for that night

I have not gotten any sleep data for 5 days; I received basic sleep data 1 night this week but none for a days before and none since then. I have done everything recommended by the help articles with no improvement. Battery life is not what it was before the last 2 updates so I am not using sensitive setting on sleep anymore. It did not make sleep record anyway. ; just ran the battery down. At least the battery life is back to about 16 hours. I only track core stats and don't use Versa for music or notifications. Very frustrating!

Last night it finally tracked my sleep again! It was an hour off from where I fell asleep, so I had to adjust that, but i am glad at least that it did it. Unfortunately, i did have to manually add the last two days where there was no sleep logged. For one of them I got simplified stats. For the other, I got detailed ones. I have done everything they told me to do regarding restarting and wearing my Fitbit tighter at night, but the inconsistency is frustrating!

My fitbit is finally working like it did before the last update. I have received sleep details for the last 3 night and my heart rate is back to reading in the range I know is accurate. Hope it continues but to be honest I am not overly optimistic.

Mine’s been doing pretty well. I do have to adjust the hour I fell asleep now and then, but for the most part, it is good.

Versa syncing issues after update
you need to read the posting above.. It's the Update that went out from Fitbit, Not your Versa. People are not happy but in this posting, your going to see what some have tried and worked and what others have tried and has not worked.
Good luck

I wondered! I have had mine for about a month now and it was working great until the update. The watch is still fine, but the app is weird. Always off on my bedtime except one day this week.
