I had been getting them then one day this week I just stop receiving them. I get texts and other app notifications just not Skype.
I tried restarting my watch and phone. I turned the notifications off then on. I made sure my settings allowed notifications on my phone through Versa and Skype. I unpaired the Versa, restarted everything and repaired it.
Any other suggestions?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you stopped receiving Skype notifications on your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and for letting me know that you get texts and other app notifications. Please confirm if you do not have the "Do Not Disturb" feature enabled on your mobile device. If the issue persists, try to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
