It's not the tracker firmware, it's the app version. I believe the problem is with version 3.3.1.. So I have removed it and installed version 3.1 from a p k mirror. I cannot put the url since "The message body contains a p k, which is not permitted in this community." 🙂

Yep, same thing happened to me this morning.

Woke up, no data. Restarted my Versa. Restarted my phone. Still no sleep data from last night.

I am pretty sure that the app updated yesterday, so it's the most likely explanation.

It has been an issue for the last 10 days or more. My sleep would not track for 5 days in a row and following the steps in the help articles did not help. Last night it tracked my sleep with full detail available. Stay tuned to see if it tracks sleep tomorrow. If this is the first time you have had an issue, to read the help articles and go through the steps, it is not difficult and may solve the issue.

I have the same issue. After updating fitbit app I did not get sleep data anymore.

Already restart phone + watch + reinstalled app..

So Versa tracked sleep for that one night, the next night it tracked basic sleep information, and last night it did not track any sleep information and it also did not show my active minutes when I synced. The heart rate was inaccurate all day but it did show 24 minutes of active minutes on the watch after I walked.

How did you get it to revert to 3.1? I did a factory reset and now it is 32.33.1.30
