Talked to customer service.. they said they'll get back to me...that was days ago. So now I am forced to buy another smart watch elsewhere.  Smh.

I have the same problem.  I'm so lost without it. The lights on the back don't work and it only works on the charger.

Mines stays at 0% even on charger. What does the POWERS to be at FITBIT has

Mine just died today... It had been fine halfway through the day I realized it said I only had 7 steps next thing I knew it was dead and I can't bring it back to life

I've had my versa lite for only a year and now it doesn't even keep good time.  It also no longer connects to any of my android devices.
