Hi my Fitbit has stopped working it won’t turn on. Who do I contact to send it off to get looked at? I’m struggling to find contact details.

Before calling I’d try restarting your Versa 2 first. It might work: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
