When I hold the button on my Verda 2 for a period of seconds I get a red outline of a discharged battery with a large exclamation mark :exclamation_mark:️ on the middle of the image. Versa 2 will not respond to the charger
What do you mean by “will not respond to charger”? If you plug it into the charger it does not show as “charging”?
Have you tried a different USB port to plug the charger into? Maybe on a computer or different USB adapter?

the reason I ask is mine was fine then at work one night and blank black screen. Couldn’t do anything with it. Was charged but put it on charge when I got home and nothing at all. No flashing lights, wouldn’t sync. Pressed button and like you a red exclamation mark came up.
I did the online chat and they trouble shooted (everything I’d tried) and then sent me an email for a free replacement! Worth a try. Mine took a 20 minute conversation now have a new one waiting to be delivered.
My daughter got to Fitbit and after much doing of everything I have been doing for the last four days decided to give me a voucher for 35% off a new Versa 2. Not allowed to use the voucher for an upgrade. Very unhappy with the outcome. I have had a Fitbit for long number of years.
