Have a versa 3, 1st Smart Watch and I love the features. Xmas gift from my wife.

I have tried two different straps and both de-latch during training. Like my wrist bone or strap is activating the latch lock. Boggled, happy I purchased the iVoler screen protectors as I have now cracked two when the watch fell off.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

The versa3 is cheap and nasty, .compared to my wifes versa3 and my old iconic. hard to talk to anyone when
