Strap issue

I got my Fitbit at Christmas and I love it, but there is one problem, the strap is causing blisters/sore areas on my wrist. This is not happening under the watch part but on the same side as my palm. It can get so sore I have to take it off and it then causes areas where my skin peels off.

Fitbit recommends that you take the watch off one in a while or if it gets wet. But if it still continues, try getting a different material strap like vegan leather or fabric.

I do take it off regularly, but it still happens. I think there is something up with Fitbit’s straps if they are causing this reaction on my arm.

Your skin might be allergic to the material that the strap is made from so try buying a different material strap like vegan leather or fabric.

Also, have you washed your Fitbit strap recently?
