Strava app on Versa lite says to strava. Settings on Fitbit mobile app to log in. I have done that and still strava app on Versa lite is not responding

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forums.  The Strava app was removed from the Fitbit App Gallery very recently.  I suspect this is why it isn't responding.

 

You should keep an eye on this thread in the App Gallery forum  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-App-Gallery/Strava-disappeared-from-the-Fitbit-App-Gallery/m-p/4666846#M13578  to see if any updates come out.
