Versa goes black during exercise

My Versa keeps going blank during a timed run exercise when connected to my phone for GPS. 

It’s very frustrating as I’m not able to actually track the pace and distance of my runs, which is why I have the tracker. Otherwise it’s just an expensive digital watch.

Do you have button and motion option set on the watch to detect wrist movement ?

If you press the button does it wake, or does it stay blank?

It stays blank. The only way I can get it back on is by resetting it with the left and bottom right button held down together.

Is that only when doing an exercise, or all the time?

Seems weird all the same. May be a good idea to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

It happens randomly but has happened several times this week when I’m out running. I’ll try contact support directly. Thanks.
