Versa 2 screen stopped working

Only 6 month and a week old Versa 2.  The screen was flickering and after I tried to doing the restart, the screen turned green and now it won't work or won't connect. I've tried going to the support page but it is showing unavailable. If a restart doesn't work, and support unavailable, how do I get help to fix this issue?

Get a replacement at the shop or contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Thanks. I was able to finally connect with online support and will be
getting a replacement.
